Rest in peace, Frank Garner
Rest in peace, Frank Garner
The European Canoe Association is deeply saddened by the news of the passing of Frank Garner, a cherished member of the canoeing community. A former canoe sprinter and member of the Canadian national team dedicated his life to canoeing and sports and was instrumental to organising many major international sporting competitions (not only canoeing) in Canada. He also served as the chair of ICF’s canoe sprint committee for many years.
We would like to express sincere condolences to his family and friends. Frank, rest in peace.
