We would like to inform you that after monitoring the actual health situation in Europe, taking into the consideration that some European countries have travel restrictions to other countries and advice of Doctor Jane Gibson - ECA Medical TD, 60 days before the competition the ECA Board of Directors took the decision to cancel the organisation of the ECA Canoe Sprint and Paracanoe European Championships in Bascov, Romania, as official Championships.

The 2020 ECA Canoe Sprint and Paracanoe European Championships was scheduled for 15 – 18 October 2020 in Bascov, Romania.
