Albert Tobelem was president of the canoeing club in Marseille and frequent visitors of canoe slalom competitions know him without any doubt as he was present at all the major canoeing events loudly supporting his granddaughters Jessica and Noemi Fox and of course all the French athletes such as Denis Gargaud Chanut and Paul Graton.
