The 2017 ECA Canoe Marathon European Championships will take place in Ponte de Lima, Portugal, between 27 June and 2 July.

The novelty of this year’s Canoe Marathon European Championships will be the short race format – 3600 metres long course – which was first introduced in the World Cup series. This event will be held in absolute categories exclusively, in K1 and C1 for men and women.
