Due to strict policies and deadlines of the suppliers, the organisers urge you to follow the deadlines set in the Bulletin as much as possible. They will of course try to be flexible but only if circumstances permit them to be. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding!

February 20, 2022 - Preliminary entry and Hotel booking
March 15, 2022 – 30% to confirm the booking
April 15, 2022 – 40% of payment
May 09, 2022 - Numerical entry (SDP)
May 09, 2022 - Final hotel booking
May 15, 2022 – 30% of payment
June 01, 2022 - Final Travel Info
June 01, 2022 - Rooming list with names
June 13, 2022 - Nominal entry (SDP)
