The XIV Ordinary Congress of the European Canoe Association will take place on 30^th March 2019 in Belgrade, Serbia. This year the delegates, gathered in IN Hotel, will vote for members of the ECA’s Board of Directors, vice-president of the ECA as well as president of the European Canoe Association.
