Organisers of the ECA Wildwater Sprint Canoeing European Cup in Valtellina, Italy, have been forced to cancel the competition which was scheduled for 3^rd and 4^th July 2021. In their annoucement they have pointed out the reason lies in continuing situation of uncertainty and instability due to health, regulatory and economic factors.

They have also added they are confident the competition in Valtellina will return next year.
