Emma Wiggs tells her own story from a mystery virus wich left her paralysed overnight to becoming a Paralympian in two sports.
She fell in love with paddlesport after the London 2012 Games and became an 8 time World Champion as well as winning gold in the paracanoe 200m KL2 in Rio.
