The women’s U21 tournament saw a dominant 10–0 victory for the Netherlands over Ireland, a result matched by Great Britain who also beat Ireland 10–0. The Dutch team then went on to beat Great Britain 4–0. France won all three of their matches – 4–2 against Great Britain, 5–2 against the Netherlands, and 9–0 against Ireland. The young German players secured wins over Poland (7–0) and Italy (5–3). Italy, in turn, defeated Poland 7–4. Spain’s U21 women’s team ended the day with two draws and one win – 1–1 against Italy, 3–3 against Germany, and an 8–2 victory over Poland…
