Igor Slivinsky re-elected as President of the Canoe Federation of Ukraine

Igor Slivinsky re-elected as President of the Canoe Federation of Ukraine 20.1.2025

The Canoe Federation of Ukraine held elections in December and there hasn’t been a change in the leading position. Igor Slivinsky was re-elected to the position of the President of the federation.


The ordinary Conference of the Canoe Federation of Ukraine took place on 14th December 2024 where the new leadership was elected. The position of the President was once again entrusted to Igor Slivinsky, who has been leading the federation since 30th October 2021, and will now enter his second term in this position. He will lead the federation until the year 2028.
 
The first vice-president is Andriy Maslyuk. He is also the current president of the Kayak and Canoe Federation of the Lviv Region. Other vice-presidents of the Canoe Federation of Ukraine are: Oleh Hanich, Mykola Baranov, and Serhiy Chernyshov. Pavlo Mazurenko was elected to the position of the Secretary General. Recently, Yuriy Cheban was reappointed as the head of the Ukrainian national canoe sprint team.
