Azerbaijan will once again host the international Mingachevir regatta, which will be held this October. The opening ceremony is scheduled for 15th October and the canoe sprint competitions are on the programme between 16th and 18th October.

Kayak Athletes (men):

2006-2007 (200m, 500m, 1000m)

2008-2009 (200m, 500m, 1000m)

2010-2011 (200m, 500m) –

 Competition type: Personal – Team Championship

Boat classes: K-1, K-2,

- Competition rules: ICF rules Each athlete is allowed to participate in 3 distances. (Only 2 athletes from one team can compete in the same distance)

Canoe: Athletes (men):

2008-2009 (200m, 500m, 1000m)

- Competition type: Personal – Team Championship

- Boat classes: C-1

- Competition rules: ICF rules Each athlete is allowed to participate in 3 distances
