The 2023 Wildwater Canoeing Balkan Club Championships will be held this Friday and Saturday (18th and 19th August) in Veles, North Macedonia. A little over 150 athletes will compete in classic and wildwater sprint events and you will be able to follow the live streaming at Canoe Europe YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/CanoeEurope
The 2023 Wildwater Canoeing Balkan Club Championships will be held over two competition days and will feature classic wildwater canoeing events, wildwater sprint races and team races.
Organisers welcomed over 150 athletes from North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo and even Malta. There are some familiar names from international Wildwater canoeing competitions on the start list, including Marko Marjanović, Ljubomir Spasikj, Pavle Zdravković, Aleksandar Zlatarov, Željko Petrić and more.
