The Italian city had submitted a bid for the organisation of the ECA Canoe Polo European Cup on 28^th and 29^th May 2022 and the bid has been successful. Idroscalo will host the first ECA Canoe Polo European Cup. The second tournament of the series will be organised on 25^th and 26^th June in Mechelen, Belgium.

 

Helmond, Netherlands, was supposed to host the 2022 ECA Canoe Polo Clubs European Championships in September, but they have now withdrawn the application. The search for the new organiser is on.
