Munich 2022 Giveaway Terms & Conditions of participation in the competition

 

1. The promoter of the giveaway is European Canoe Association with cooperation with Olympiapark München GmbH as the organiser of the European Championships Munich 2022.

 

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, each participant is agreeing to these terms and conditions.

 

3. The competition is open to persons over the age of 18 years. Persons under the age of 18 years require the consent of their legal guardian to participate. If this is not available, participation in the competition is excluded. Employees of the European Canoe Association, Olympiapark München GmbH and other persons who are connected with the organisation, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation. A participant is the owner of the email address provided upon registration for the competition. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

 

4. Only the prize described in the giveaway will be raffled. The draw will only take place among those participants who have personally filled in the required fields for participation in a complete, comprehensive, and correct manner. The entries must be received by the European Canoe Association by the stated entry date at the latest. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be accepted. European Canoe Association cannot be held responsible for any technical malfunctions, especially failures of the telephone network, the network, electronics, or computers.

 

5. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, European Canoe Association reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

 

6. The winner will receive a special code to redeem the single day ticket of his/her choice on the official event website: munich2022.com/en/tickets (in accordance with instructions, terms and conditions set by Munich 2022 how to redeem the ticket). European Canoe Association is not responsible for any technical issues which may occur while claiming the tickets. In case of any issues, please contact socialmedia@munich2022.com.

 

7. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. We are giving away two single tickets, not combined tickets. Also, travel, accommodation or any other expenses that might occur are not included in the prize.

 

8. The decisions of European Canoe Association are final. Requests in this regard cannot be answered. European Canoe Association reserves the right to cancel the competition in whole or in part if any difficulties arise that endanger the integrity of the competition.

 

9. European Canoe Association further reserves the right to change these conditions of participation without prior notice.

 

10. Any liability for damages of the European Canoe Association and its organs, employees and vicarious agents from or connected with the competition, for whatever legal reason, with the exception of injury of life, body or health, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

11. The personal data provided by the participants in the course of the competition will be collected, stored, used, and - for example for the purpose of delivering the prizes - passed on to third parties by European Canoe Association exclusively for the purpose of implementing and processing the competition.
