They were third twice at European Championships in Brandenburg (K2W 500m) and Račice (K2W 200m), and picked up silver medal at first European Games in Baku in the K2W 200 metres final. She is also a holder of medals from Universities Games and Universities World Championships. She participated at two Olympic Games – in London 2012 and Rio de Janeiro 2016.

“I finished my sporting career as an athlete, but I still remain in canoeing. I am working in my club and the feeling is great. I am very touched everyone is still behind me, even though I am not an athlete anymore. I spent 17 years in canoeing, 15 of them in national team, and thanks to canoeing I had a very nice life, full of happiness and everything that sports bring,” said Olivera Moldovan.
