The 2025 ECA Wildwater Sprint Canoeing European Cup series kicks off in Germany 14.3.2025

Everything is ready in Germany for the first race in the 2025 season of the ECA Wildwater Sprint Canoeing European Cup series. Organisers of the competition in Fulda expect competitors from nine countries.


We are in mid-March, and this means the international season of canoeing competitions is already in a full swing. The first of the nine competitions in the 2025 ECA Wildwater Sprint Canoeing European Cup is scheduled for this Saturday in Fulda, Germany. The startlist contains the names of many international paddlers, coming from nine countries. In addition to the German representatives, athletes from Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Great Britain, North Macedonia, Netherlands, Serbia and Switzerland are expected to be on the start of the race.
 
Among those, who are entered in the event are Matous Beier, Finn Hartstein, Normen Weber, Marcel Paufler, Janko Presecki, Kerry Christie, Jonah Mueller, Linus Bolzern, Luis Clavadetscher, Mona Clavadetscher, Hannah Muller, Anna retkova, Lisa Koestle, legendary Sabine Fuesser and many more.
 
Organisers of the race in Fulda have prepared both single and team events. Saturday will bring sprint competitions, which will count for the ECA European Cup, while on Sunday the competitors will test their form in classic race.
