Tarragona hosts Mediterranean Games

Spain, more precisely Tarragona, is ready to host the XVIII edition of the Mediterranean Games. Part of this sporting event is also canoe sprint which was first introduced to Mediterranean Games in 1979 when the Games were held in Split, then Yugoslavia, now Croatia. Canoeing part of the Games will be organised closer to Barcelona, in Castelldefels at Olympic Canal of Catalonia.

Flanders Cup attracts canoe polo teams from 13 countries

Over 40 teams are expected to participate in this year’s edition of the Canoe Polo Flanders Cup tournament in vicinity of Belgian city Mechelen. The tournament is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday (23rd and 24th June 2018). This will be the second ECA Canoe Polo Euro Cup of the season 2018. Saturday’s competition is supposed to start at 8 AM and Sunday’s at 7 AM. The tournament will be played on four pitches.
