The 2024 ICF SUP World Championships was held in Sarasota, Florida, United States of America, and European representatives showed power in sprint, technical race, long distance race and in inflatable race. Andrei Kraitor (BUL) picked up two gold medals.

Athletes from 15 countries took part in the 2024 ECA Wildwater Sprint Canoeing European Cup race series which lead them to six different venues in five European countries. Majority of the overall winners come from Great Britain, while the other winners come from Croatia, North Macedonia and France.

The sixth and last ECA Wildwater Sprint Canoeing European Cup race of the season 2024 was held this past weekend in Llangollen, Great Britain. Athletes from six European countries took part in the competition and the wins went to Czechia, Great Britain and France.
