Finnish Canoeing and Rowing Federation (SMSL) is seeking a Head Coach for canoe sprint to implement and develop the coaching system for canoeing and be responsible for the training of athletes.

This position includes the initiation and development of the training centre in Tampere. Through the training centre, the federation will support the daily training of young talented athletes, as well as the planning of their sports and civilian career goals. The role also involves supporting of elite senior athletes. The selected candidate will work in close collaboration with athletes, kayaking clubs, club coaches, sports academy, educational institutions, and the Finnish Olympic Committee. The supervisor will be the Secretary General of the federation.
