There is less than half a year left until the beginning of the third European Games, which will be celebrated in Krakow-Malopolska this year. European Canoe Association’s president Albert Woods OBE is in the coordination commission of the Games as one of only five members of the commission, coming from the European sports federations.

The year 2023 is here and preparations for the upcoming season are well underway. Senior Canoe Sprint European Championships will be held within the European Games in Krakow in June, while Paracanoe and Junior/U23 Canoe Sprint European Championships will be held in July in Montemor-o-Velho.

The 2024 Olympic Games in Paris are getting closer and a ticket to see your favourite sports and athletes will be a very precious paper. A special draw will be made to determine who will have an opportunity to buy tickets for the Olympic Games. The deadline for the registration to take part in the tickets draw is 31 January 2023.
