Belarus paddlers excelled in front of their fans and president

The canoe sprint part of the 2nd European Games in Minsk has concluded with eleven A finals that were held today. Belarus excelled during the last competition day on the Zaslavl regatta course, winning medals in eight out of the 11 finals that were held today, including gold medals in women’s K1 500 meters final thanks to Volha Khudzenka, gold medal in men’s C1 200 meters event with Artsem Kozyr, gold medal in women’s C1 200 metres final thanks to Alena Nazdrova and gold medal in women’s 5000 metres event which was won by Maryna Litvinchuk.
