Germans and Czechs Dominate in Markkleeberg

This weekend, a strong international competition - the ICF Canoe Slalom World Ranking race - took place in Markkleeberg, Germany. The event also counted towards the 2025 ECA Open Canoe Slalom European Cup series. Victories were claimed by athletes from Germany, Czechia, and Poland.

ECA’s representatives visited Romania this weekend in a technical visit before the 2025 ECA Junior and U23 Canoe Sprint European Championships which is set to take place from 3rd to 6th July in Bascov-Budeasa. BULLETIN – 2025 ECA Wildwater Sprint Canoeing European Cup in Augsburg

The legendary Eiskanal in Augsburg, Germany, the 1972 Canoe Slalom Olympic course, will welcome the best Wildwater paddlers on Saturday, 3rd May, and on Sunday, 4th May 2025. The competition will be both German Championships as well as the ECA Wildwater Sprint Canoeing European Cup.
