The penultimate day of the 2021 ECA Junior and U23 Canoe Slalom European Championships in Solkan, Slovenia, brought exciting racing in men's and women's kayak events. Klaudia Zwolinska, Jakub Krejči, Zuzana Pankova, Martin Rudorfer, Tereza Kneblova and Tereza Fišerova were the ones who reached the top podium positions.

A very long and demanding competition day for everyone involved (the races started at 8:15 AM and concluded at 8:30 PM) brought the first medallists of the 2021 ECA Junior and U23 Canoe Slalom European Championships. Representatives of France, Czech Republic and Slovakia were among the most successful ones.

The Canoe Slalom European Championships in the mentioned age groups starts tomorrow in Solkan with the opening ceremony, and next week the Junior and U23 Wildwater Canoeing European Championships will follow.
