Busy meeting of ECA board of directors in Belgrade

The ECA Board of directors held a first meeting in the year 2024 in Belgrade, Serbia. It was a long and fruitful meeting, where many topics were discussed. There were several important decisions made on Saturday.

ECA Board of Directors decided on organisers of 2025 ECA Ordinary Congress and two European Championships

The ECA Board of Directors held a meeting in Belgrade, Serbia, and awarded the organisation of the 2025 ECA Ordinary Congress to Budapest, Hungary.

It was also decided the 2025 ECA Canoe Slalom European Championships will be held in Vaires-sur-Marne, France, at the 2024 Olympic Games venue, and the 2025 ECA Junior and U23 Canoe Slalom European Championships will be organised in Solkan, Slovenia.

Kamila Kubas officially ended her career

Polish paracanoeist Kamila Kubas officially announced the end of her sporting career in paracanoeing. The 40-year-old parakayaker, born in Malomice, was among the most recognisable athletes of paracanoeing family.

Peter Pal Kiss Hungarian parasportsman of the year

20-year-old Hungarian parakayaker Peter Pal Kiss received an award for the best parasportsman in Hungary in the year 2023.
