The attention of canoeing community was on Poznan this past week. Poland first hosted the 2019 ECA Paracanoe European Championships and in the same week paracanoe and canoe sprint world cup race followed. European paddlers did great on the opening weekend of World Cup series.

It was an intense week of racing in Poznan for Europe's best paracanoeists. After the ECA Paracanoe European Championships was over there was no rest for competitiors as the first World Cup race of the season kicked off on Thursday. Athletes who were among the best at European Championships excelled at World Cup race too.
