Duisburg hosted the second and last Canoe Sprint World Cup race of the season. As per usual European Canoe Sprinters once again showed their dominance picking up medals in majority of the finals.

Canoe Sprint World Cup series started in Poznan

The attention of canoeing community was on Poznan this past week. Poland first hosted the 2019 ECA Paracanoe European Championships and in the same week paracanoe and canoe sprint world cup race followed. European paddlers did great on the opening weekend of World Cup series.

Saul Craviotto might be Spanish flag bearer in Tokyo

One of the best Spanish sportsmen Saul Craviotto is four times Olympic medallist so it did not come as a big surprise when president of Spanish Olympic Committee Alejandro Blanco announced Canoe Sprinter might be a flag bearer of Spanish Olympic delegation at Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

Beata Mikolajczyk Rosolska, 33-year-old Polish sprint canoer, gave birth to her son Szymon earlier this year now returned to the boat with a wish to compete again.
