France hosted the jubilee 40th edition of the International canoe marathon of the Gorges de l'Ardèche with more than 550 boats starting in the main competition. The winners of the 2024 edition are French kayakers Cyrille Carre and Remi Pete who recorded their second win after the year 2016.
