Liudmyla Babak claimed her fifth European Canoe Marathon Champion title

Ukrainian canoeist Liudmyla Babak won her fifth canoe marathon European Champion title at the 2023 ECA Canoe Marathon European Championships in Slavonski Brod, Croatia. Manuel Garrido (ESP), Vanda Kiszli (HUN) and Mads Pedersen (DEN) also stood on the top podium position. In Saturday's junior events David Pazos (ESP) and Janka Reisz - Klaudia Kmetyo (HUN) took the gold medals.

Hungary and Czechia shine on day two of the 2023 ECA Canoe Marathon European Championships

The second competition day of the 2023 ECA Canoe Marathon European Championships in Slavonski Brod, Croatia, brought six medal events. Czechia and Hungary won two gold medals each, and Spain and Denmark celebrated European Champion titles in the U23 age groups.

First medals of the 2023 ECA Canoe Marathon European Championships awarded

The first eight sets of medals at the 2023 ECA Canoe Marathon European Championships in Slavonski Brod, Croatia, have been awarded. Hungary and Spain had a good start to the championships, winning two gold medals each. Great Britain, Ukraine, Poland and Norway also reached the top podium position on the opening day of the championships.
