The 2019 ECA Junior and U23 Canoe Slalom European Championships in Liptovsky Mikulaš, Slovakia, will kick off today with an opening ceremony, and the races are scheduled to begin on Thursday and will end on Sunday. More than 300 competitors from 31 European countries are on the startlist.
