The Tiber River has hosted the first edition of Rome Canoe Marathon - Paddling for the Environment event which attracted participants in kayaks and canoes, SUPs, dragon boats and rafts. The course of the marathon was 14 kilometres long, with start at Ponte Milvio and finish at Castel Sant'Angelo.
