German canoe sprint national championships was held on a world-renowned venue in Duisburg. Ronald Rauhe won the 200 metres event and his 72nd German national champion title so far. Conrad Scheibner, Jacob Schopf, Jule Hake and Lisa Jahn closed the competition weekend with two titles each.
