Nuria Vilarrubla and David Llorente Spanish paddlers of the year

The 37th edition of Spanish paddling awards was held in Madrid and the two main awards were won by canoe slalom paddlers who excelled at last year’s World Championships organised in La Seu d’Urgell. Nuria Vilarrubla was named best female athlete of the year and David Llorente best male athlete of the year. Canoeing legends were introduced into RFEP’s hall of fame.
