The first finals of the ICF Canoe Polo World Championships in China were played in the U21 categories, where Spain defended their title in men’s U21 tournament and France celebrated their first World champion title in 14 years in women’s U21 tournament.

The Real Club Náutico de Palma (RCNP) together with Paddle Games organised the 1st Ciutat de Palma Canoeing Trophy, which was held on October 12th in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, next to the famous Mallorca’s Cathedral. Here, numerous canoe sprint champions took part in.

On the final of the ICF Super Cup held in Chinese Hangzhou canoe polo medal events were on the programme. Spain celebrated the win in women’s part of the tournament, while the win in men’s tournament went to Germany.

European canoe sprinters did well at the Super Cup in China, where they competed in single and double boats over two competition days. Double boats included crews from different nations to make the competition even more interesting.
